Most calls and texts are included in your plan at no extra charge. However, special numbers may have additional costs and are not included in your monthly package, for example:
Premium numbers have higher fees per minute or per text.
Service numbers are for customer support or info services and may add extra charges to your bill. The rates for these numbers will be clearly stated to you by the enterprise using that number, so you know the costs before calling or texting.
